Yet, I would maintain that Monsanto and others can claim that their defeat proves that the system of patents _does_ work as it may self-recognize its own "errors".

It is all the same with the yellow bean of Larry Proctor whose history I discovered on your web site and which I popularized in various talks in France. Indeed, it could prove that the system of patents does work. But you need to be large enough to _only_ fight ... should you win every time.

That is why this system of patents does work. But for the biggest; Not any more (as it used to) for small inventors.

Let me congratulate you for this win. But it helps saving the whole system.</description>
