We'd like to hear from you – especially when you think we've got something wrong. Corrections, tips, documents, suggestions for the links page and well-argued disagreements all land in the same inbox and are read by the editors.

If you're pointing out an error, please include the post's address and, if you can, a source; we correct mistakes in the post itself and note the change at the bottom.

A few practical notes:

• We don't publish guest posts or sponsored content, so pitches of that kind won't get a reply.
• If you're sending something sensitive, say so in your first message and we'll suggest a safer way to share it.
• Messages are kept for up to twelve months and then deleted. The privacy policy has the details.
